Amazon.com Product Description
Available in a hunter green alloy, the Konica Revio is an Advance Photo System (APS) point-and-shoot camera with intuitive features that take the guesswork out of snapping pictures. Measuring a mere 3.75 by 2.25 by 1.3 inches and weighing 5 ounces, the Konica Revio slips into a pocket or purse with no trouble. Fully automatic, this camera offers a 24 to 48mm zoom lens with a built-in lens cap. The Konica Revio also features automatic focusing from 16 inches to infinity (with an infinity focus setting); fully automated loading, winding, and rewinding; and programmed autoexposure with center-weighted CdS measurement. This camera sports an integrated flash with red-eye reduction, night portrait mode, flash off, and a five-second recharge time.

While the Konica Revio has fully automatic features, that doesn't mean you don't get to make any decisions. With three printing formats to choose from, you can easily change the camera from classic mode to panoramic mode. You can also switch between taking pictures in bright sunshine to photographing in shade. The Konica Revio also offers a 10-second self-timer and date imprinting.

4 out of 5 stars Great climbing camera   June 16, 2000

I got this camera because it's the lightest and smallest camera I could find with a zoom; a key for a climbing camera. It does not seem as rugged as some APS cameras and it doesn't have splash proof. I'm a little worried about dust and water but it's little size makes up for it. The zoom is an improvement over my last APS camera because it helps enlarge the size of the climbers on the rock. It fits in my shirt pocket with no problem and seconds as a nice travel camera. It takes decent picture in comparison to other APS cameras as well as all the other common features.

4 out of 5 stars Practical and usefull camera !   June 21, 2000

My sister bought this camera and I've used it a lot, it's great to have your pictures with dates so you can organize your albums cronologically. Also, this APS system is perfect for those extra lerge photos in which you don't want to miss a bit. I recomend this camera, it's a great value from a good brand.

3 out of 5 stars Nice and small - but ...   October 8, 2000

This is a very small camera. But if you like first class pictures, this camera is probably not the best choice. In tele zoom mode the picture quality is ok. But in wide angle mode and especially with flash the corners of the pictures are gettig quite dark.
